My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The location was convenient being right in the midst of Pigeon Forge, close to all the stores and attractions. The rooms were a bit smaller than expected, but clean and suitable for my needs. The service was friendly, though a bit dry at times. The presence of on-site dining was a plus, but the limited dining hours could be improved.
